Returns & Exchanges:
We are not accepting returns and exchanges at this time. If you are unsure about your size, please view our size charts or contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Cases will be reviewed, and replacements may be issued if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
All orders are shipped using tracked fulfillment with reputable carriers. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
